The partners of company founder being from Duzce and Beysehir, involved in the arms industry provided naturally. Except regionalism, founding partners worked as technical men and administrators again in the arms industry and other industries, under different companies and brands in Istanbul since 1991.  According to situation the development towards the establishment of a new arms company named as ATAK ARMS INDUSTRY CO. LTD. started 2006 in Istanbul with its own capital.

The business is still maintaining its initial same structure and while its first priority is to manufacture the hunting, defense and Sports weapons, it is also engaged in project-based work in other industries.

Utilizing the available technology and fields of science in the most efficient way and combining the skills of our country’s people with the latest technologies with making concession of the sub-industrial, personnel, client satisfaction and environmental awareness, the firm manufactures industrial products to contribute in the country’s economy and produce more than we consume.
