Our journey started in 1987 when Proto Manufacturers, our first generation family owned business was established in the most famous wine producing region in South Africa, the beautiful town of Stellenbosch. Since the year 2016 our second generation family owned business took over as ERC Engineering and have continued to grow from strength to strength. We have manufactured various machines and components used in a wide field of industries ranging from the Navy, Space as well as the Agricultural sector.
